Mrs. Sulakshana Adhikari is the head of the Underwriting Department at Nepal Life Insurance. She has a rich experience of 17 years in the life insurance sector in various fields of life insurance office operations like Human Resources and Policy Servicing. She has been with Nepal Life since 2062 B.S and has discharged several roles being the Chief Underwriter of the Company.

Before joining Nepal Life, she had served Nepal One Television for a few years.

Mrs. Adhikari seeks to assess the risk of insuring a potential policyholder based on their age, health, lifestyle, occupation, family medical history, and other prudent underwriting practices.

She has developed a strong, positive team that is focused on customer centricity and delivering 'Right' within the scope of regulatory norms while balancing risk-based decisions. She holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. She has attended many training, workshop, and seminar on life insurance.
