Mrs. Shiwakoti has completed MBA (HR) from Sikkim Manipal University, India, and a bachelor's from St. Mary’s College, Shillong, India. She has nearly 10 years of experience in HR including 5 years in leading the department as Head-HR and 2 years as Head - T & D in Banking.
