Mr. Binod Kumar Bhujel has taken over the charge of Company Secretary of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited from 19th Baisakh 2078. As a Company Secretary, he is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. 
Mr. Bhujel holds M.P.A. & B.L. degrees. He is also a licensed Advocate and authorized Notary Public Translator.
Mr. Bhujel has rich experience of more than 13 years at L.I.C. (Nepal) Ltd. with various responsibilities such as Company Secretary, Legal Head, Training Manager, Media Manager, and Information Officer. He had even worked in Sales & Marketing for 3.6 years and accumulated huge experience in life insurance marketing, agency motivation and customer services.  Before joining the insurance sector, he was engaged in academic sectors as well as advocacy for Human Rights for around 12 years.
