Fonepay is one of payment partners of Nepal Life. Policyholders can make renewal premium payments and policy loan repayments through Fonepay as well. Fonepay is inbuilt within the mobile banking applications that policyholders use.
To make payments
Step 1: Open Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Click on "Insurance" on the home page of the mobile bankings
Step 3: Click on either "Nepal Life Premium Payment" or "Nepal Life Policy Loan Repayment"
Step 4: Add in policy details and DOB as requested
Step 5: Click to see if all the details match or not
Step 6: Click proceed for payment.
