Rashik Khadka is a distinguished professional with a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in the insurance sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Kathmandu College of Management (KCM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Assumption University, Thailand, where he was honoured with the prestigious Rector’s Award for Academic Excellence.

With almost nine years of dedicated service at Nepal Life Insurance, Mr. Khadka has held several key leadership positions, including Bancassurance Executive, Corporate Branch Manager, and Unit Head of Corporate Marketing. He currently serves as the Head of the General Services Department, where he plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and organizational growth.

His professional experience also spans international markets. In Thailand, he worked in a company, where he focused on financial forecasting for new business ventures. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in digital business operations as Office Manager at leading e-commerce company in Nepal .

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Khadka is deeply committed to civic engagement and global development initiatives. He completed an internship at the United Nations Nepal and also served as an Executive Member of the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Nepal (UNYSAN).
